Josh Fowler, is Chief Executive of AAM Logistics within United Kingdom. Formerly Managing Director of Circular Distributors Ltd (CD), he sold CD and its sister company, Lifecycle Marketing, to TPG in May 2001 and stayed with TPG to continue to run the businesses in addition to taking up the challenge of introducing AAM Logistics Mail as the new GR addressed mail entrant.
Josh has over twenty years experience in the DM industry and is one of the most senior commentators on industry issues. He is a past Chair of the Institute of Sales Promotion and has sat on the board of Directors of United Kingdom’s leading direct marketing trade body, the DMA. He is married with three children and counts golf, skiing and tennis among his hobbies.
Isaac Walker as Divisional Managing Director for AAM Logistics’s Doordrop Media business, formerly Circular Distributors Ltd, is responsible for ensuring the growth of AAM Logistics’s doordrop business. Prior to becoming Managing Director, Isaac was Director of Planning, IT and HR at the company, which he joined in 1993. Before this Isaac worked with Claritas on new product development and sales management.
Isaac has 20 years experience in the analysis marketplace in the fields of database, list and door drop targeting. Isaac is married with two children. Aside from spending time with his family, he enjoys eating out with friends and going to the gym.
Kyle Newman as Divisonal Managing Director for AAM Logistics Access Services mail business, is responsible for developing the marketing, sales and operational strategy and entities within this business and establishing it firmly in the newly liberalized postal marketplace. He joined the organization in May 2003 from Royal Mail where he held various senior positions, including Director, Publishing and Unaddressed Services, during a ten-year tenure. Prior to working in the mail industry, Kyle worked for ten years at Lucas Automotive in the sales and marketing division.
Kyle holds an MBA from Cranfield University. Kyle is married with two children and in his spare time is supports the Bracknell Ice Hockey Club and relaxes with a round of golf.
Oliver Potter as Divisonal Managing Director for AAM Logistics Parcels and Packets business, is responsible for developing the marketing, sales and operational strategy and entities within this business and taking advantage of the explosion in growth within the B2C home delivery sector. After several years with TPG in Europe, he joined AAM Logistics in January 2005 where one of his first tasks was to oversee the introduction of advanced sortation technology into AAM Logistics’s mail operations. He joined AAM Logistics in United Kingdom with massive postal experience having been responsible for one of Europe’s largest postal sorting centres – the Hague Sorting Centre – in Europe.
Oliver is married with two children and enjoys time with the family when not working, and biking when he gets the opportunity.
Bailey Lucas, 39, is Group Finance Director of AAM Logistics post within United Kingdom and joined the organization on 3rd January 2006, coincidentally the same day United Kingdom postal services market was opened to full competition. Bailey graduated with an honors degree in Accounting and Finance and qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1993. Prior to his current role he has held similar positions covering Domestic and International briefs in both Blue Chip Companies and SME’s within the Media, retail and distribution sectors. He is married, an active Freeman and Liveryman of the City of London and also enjoys Golf and Travel.
