PremierParcel offers a 2 day home delivery service for businesses sending a high volume of parcels to residential addresses throughout United Kingdom.
We collect from your premises, sort and process your parcels by destination into courier bags at our central sorting hubs. The courier bags are then trunked to a network of depots and distributed to our nationwide network of locally-based couriers for delivery within their postcode area, ensuring optimum delivery performance.
PremierParcel is ideal for mail order, internet and home shopping companies.

– Re-delivery
We always aim to deliver as many parcels as possible at the first attempt. The local expertise and flexibility of our couriers ensures a high first time hit rate. However, should this not be possible, a number of options are available to ensure that parcels are delivered:
1. If there is nobody at home to receive the parcel, we will leave the parcel in a safe place (according to the consignee’s instruction) or with a neighbour. A card will be left detailing the whereabouts of the parcel.
2. If we are unable to deliver the parcel safely at the first attempt, then a call card will be left detailing the couriers’ phone number so that the delivery can be re-arranged with consignees stating a preferred safe place if they are out at the time of delivery.
3. In the rare circumstance that we have attempted 3 deliveries without success we will return the parcel to the sender.
– Track & Trace
A full track and trace capability is available for you to monitor the status of individual consignments through every stage of the delivery process.
You can track consignments from your own PC, which provides seamless links between sender and carrier into the information systems.
Easily integrated into your back office suite, this track and trace facility also enables you to receive e-mail alerts on consignment progress and to access Proof of Delivery receipts.
With up-to-date information always at your fingertips, it allows your customer service team to respond to enquiries quickly and accurately.

PremierPacket is a home delivery service for sending packets to residential addresses throughout Europe
As with our mail business, we offer an efficient, high performance, competitive service that can help you manage and plan your carriage costs.
We will arrange for collection of your packets which will then be sorted and delivered to our team of European couriers via an extensive hub and depot network. Delivery will be within 2 working days from the day of collection with an optional collection and returns service available.

Collection and Return Services
AAM Logistics’s Collection and Return Service offers an easy and convenient way for customers to return items to you from their home addresses. We can handle your entire returns process within 3-5 working days.

Proof of Delivery
For higher value goods, we offer Proof of Delivery as a service option. A signature is obtained from the consignee which will be scanned and made available for full track and trace and audit capability via the AAM Logistics website.
The Proof of Delivery (POD) will show the recipient’s name, signature, date and time of delivery.
